TriXteR Phillips is an independent grassroots cannabis advocate who utilizes cannabis both recreationally and medicinally, and lives near St. Louis, Missouri. He volunteered during the 2011-2012 Show-Me Cannabis Regulation Petition drive as a petitioner, event organizer, and petitioner trainer. TriXteR was an activist for, advocate of, and ally of Ken Unger, a Missouri native cultivating his own marijuana for medicinal purposes, during his court proceedings that followed the SWAT raid of his home and the felony charges of cultivation and intent to distribute.
