About Rob Burrough
Rob Burrough is a husband, a father, and a home brewer. His experience in home brewing started from a beginner’s brewing kit given to him by his lovely wife. Over the past three years, he has brewed over fifty batches of beer (250 gallons) and has entered a few friendly home brew competitions, placing second with his “Buzzed Porter”. What started out as a fun hobby has evolved into a small business – Burrough Brewery was started in 2012 as a fun way to teach others about home brewing. Offering classes on Beginner’s Brewing, Rob has taught others how to brew their own beer. Each student works hands-on throughout the brewing process and ends up taking home their own 5-gallon batch of beer, all without the initial expense of purchasing the necessary brewing equipment.
