About Kara Janowsky
Kara Janowsky is an undergraduate student in psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has been a drug policy reform activist with Students for Sensible Drug Policy since 2009 and is currently serving as a Chapter President. Kara is also the Chapter Chair for the Boulder chapter of Women GROW, a grassroots network that connects, educates, and empowers women to take on executive positions in the cannabis industry. Her greatest passion is community outreach geared towards changing stereotypes about cannabis and illicit substance use. For fun, Kara loves to snowboard, work on DIY projects, and spend time with her cat and dog.
