The Ladybud Show, a web show about the culture to normalize cannabis, the struggles of veteran activists as well as industry newcomers debuts as an extension of the online sister blog Ladybud.com. As such, Ladybud Show Host Diane Fornbacher and Co-Host Crystal Guess will continue to merge poetry, current progressive issues, overall drug policy reform, philosophical thought and fun with all that the blog is also known. The show airs every Tuesday from 12:30 – 1:30 PM MDT.
Squibb has accumulated knowledge, expertise and network over the past twenty years in Colorado as an integral part of the hemp and marijuana business and advocacy communities. In 2011, Susan organized the first Mother’s High Tea as a family-friendly event to celebrate the women and mothers in the emerging cannabis industry. Currently, she directs operations for CBDRx, a hemp farm and company specializing in whole hemp plant cannabinoid extractions. When she has time, Susan writes the freelance marijuana advice column “Ask The Cannabist”. Susan is pleased to produce the Fourth Annual Mother’s High Tea, a signature community event, with a committee of talented businesswomen.
“As a cannabis trailblazer, I am thrilled to be a guest on the inaugural Ladybud Show. To me, Ladybud Magazine represents women who have compassionate hearts, sharp intellect, concern for activist and social justice in the world with an appreciative eye for beauty and art. I’m honored to join the Ladybud community on a historical Election Day for women and cannabis initiatives across the US.”
The Ladybud Show’s home is located at the beautiful SoHi Gallery in Denver, Colorado which is also home to Hoodlab Colorado an international wholesale agent for HoodLamb Hemp Tailors with an in-house pop-up boutique. The studio space is also home base of The Adam Dunn Show, who generously welcomed Ladybud to share the studio:
“We’re super excited to finally feel all ‘growed up’ on the Adam Dunn Show and bring in some real content with Ladybud. This is the beginning of a great relationship between two groups with deep roots in the cannabis world that will work together to not only bring together the fractured side but blow apart the so-called establishment.” — Adam Dunn
“Bringing Ladybud into the Adam Dunn Show family is a long-awaited next step in our mission to provoke critical cultural discussions in a broader deeper forum than mainstream media. We’ve admired Ladybud’s thought leadership for years, and we’re honored to include them as collaborators.” — Mitch Shenassa, Executive Producer & Co-Host at The Adam Dunn Show
