There are holidays that require a family gathering and cooking a meal, and then there are days that are just meant to lighten your step a little. July 10th is to dab-lovers what 4/20 is for the average cannabis enthusiast. Today, lovely Ladybud readers, is Dab Day.
If you’re not familiar with cannabis concentrate culture, the term 710 comes from the upside down image of the capitalized word “OIL.” Oil, of course, is one of the many slang terms used to refer to cannabis concentrate in a form that can be vaporized, such as butane hash oil (BHO).
Some people are concerned about dabs (and the process of making BHO specifically), but there seems to be a large number of people who enjoy them. More importantly, because they represent a more concentrated form of cannabinoids that doesn’t rely on combustion, dabs and oils may in time prove to be a harm-reduction option for some medical cannabis users.
If you do dab, be sure to settle down for a celebratory big one this evening at 7:10. Everyone here at Ladybud Magazine wishes our readers an enjoyable 7/10!
