I know it’s not the purest approach, but I love doing yoga to good music. I wish I could find a meditative state the organic way, and sit in utter silence while clearing out all the crappy negative thoughts residing deep in the recesses of my unconscious, and sometimes conscious, mind. I have double the challenge, being a Gemini. There are two minds racing, sometimes arguing with one another, inside my head it seems.
So, Thank God(dess) for the gift of music. It’s medicine for the heart and soul, and good music is sometimes all one needs to shift away from a negative state of mind and get into the “Om Zone”.
