Kiki Rosemaria’s Raw Vegan Chocolate-Cinnamon Truffles (Naturally Sugar Free!)

My cousin and I like to affectionately refer to these goodies as “PMS balls.” They have just the right chocolate punch but none of the over-sugared, processed guilt you get from eating a candy bar. Plus, they are easy to whip together and are really great after-dinner palette cleansers.


3 ounces raw cacao powder
1/3 cup almond flour*
1/3 cup raw dehydrated shredded coconut
6 pitted medjool dates, coarsely chopped
3 heaping tablespoons melted coconut oil**
1 heaping teaspoon salt
pinch cayenne peper
cinnamon (enough to roll truffles in)

*If you don’t have access to almond flour, put raw almonds in food processor and blend until a flour-consistency

**Feel free to substitute coconut oil with Ganja Coconut Oil


Put dates in food processor and blend until a ball starts to form. Next, add the almond flour, cacao powder, coconut, coconut oil, salt and cayenne pepper. Blend until combined.

Put mixture in refrigerator for one hour or until hardened.

Roll into 2 inch balls and coat in cinnamon. Eat and enjoy!
